Perurena Lab

Our lab is focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms that drive therapeutic resistance to targeted therapies in breast and other cancers. We are particularly interested in characterizing how these mechanisms differ by organ/site of metastasis and we aim to use this insight to develop more effective therapeutic strategies for metastatic cancer. Our lab is located at the Translational Research Unit at the Miguel Servet University Hospital and belongs to the Aragon Health Research Institute (IIS Aragón).
